Our Quality Policy

İlhan Plastik aims to produce higher quality products, provide higher quality services and provide a better quality work environment with the sense of responsibility in all of its activities, it carries this value towards its stakeholders and employees. With this target, It shares the quality policy equally to all departments and accepts common responsibility.

The factors that create our quality system are; proactive management approach, qualified manpower, compliance of raw material suppliers with our quality standards, technology, and laboratory competence. It is our basic quality policy to apply these elements completely. For this purpose, our chemical engineers employed in our laboratory follow the quality of the raw materials and additives at every stage.

Quality Certificates

Management systems aim to carry out similar activities on the same principles. In this way, companies can be evaluated globally based on the same basic principles. We believe that the quality management system certificates are the guarantee that the companies operate in accordance with these principles therefore we have completed the certifications listed below:

Quality Control Process

Raw Material Acceptance Control: All raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products are checked in accordance with determined criteria and then put into use.

Process Control / Interim Control: Interim controls are made at every stage of the production process to prevent errors that may occur, thus saving resource usage, cost and time. Compliance of criteria such as melt flow index, density, hardness, additive amount measurement, moisture content, and color matching is evaluated at these stages.

Finished Product Quality Control: The products whose production stage is completed, pass through the final controls are ready for packing and shipment.

LOI (Limit Oxygen Index) flammability test and tensile test are also important stages of our quality control processes.


We aim to continuously improve the performance of our products and services and to protect our presence by establishing new relationships with our customers, stakeholders and the environment.

To ensure the continuity of our quality standards, we choose our suppliers from commercially strong, environmentally sensitive, and respectful human rights enterprises.

We act responsibly in the name of environmental protection, and we adopt this as a business policy beyond compliance with environmental protection laws. We make all the arrangements in our production line within this scope.

We provide our employees with a fair, equitable and transparent work environment and fulfill all the requirements of the relevant legislation of the labor law. We take all necessary precautions for occupational and work safety and ensure that they receive vocational training.


As İlhan Plastik, we attach importance to R & D activities and carry out researches and developments for rapidly changing sector needs. We are researching new technologies and production techniques while improving our quality, we also aim to provide energy efficiency. We aim to expand the sectors we serve and offer solutions that will make our customers one step ahead of the competition by making changes that will provide added value.
