For this purpose, our chemical engineers employed in our laboratory follow the quality of the raw materials and additives at every stage.

Raw Material Acceptance Control: All raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products are checked in accordance with determined criteria and then put into use.
Process Control / Interim Control: Interim controls are made at every stage of the production process to prevent errors that may occur, thus saving resource usage, cost and time. Compliance of criteria such as melt flow index, density, hardness, additive amount measurement, moisture content, and color matching is evaluated at these stages.
Finished Product Quality Control: The products whose production stage is completed, pass through the final controls are ready for packing and shipment.
LOI (Limit Oxygen Index) flammability test and tensile test are also important stages of our quality control processes.
